The purpose of this letter is to inform prospective buyers of Audio and Video equipment that they could not find a more honest, straightforward, and service-minded salesperson than Mr. John Wathey. I hired John's company, Advanced Audio Design, based on the exceptional job John did in listening to our needs and providing options that not only met those needs, they also met our budget requirements. In fact, there were times where the project would have cost more had John not informed me of other options I had not taken into consideration.
Of critical importance, John did not disappear once the sale was completed. He immediately provided me with his cell number and told me to call him anytime with questions. And call him I did! Evenings, weekends, holidays, it didn't matter. He always answered the phone or promptly called me back with a great attitude asking," What's up, Bob????" His company performed extremely well during the completion of the project even though the GC was not. This company truly understands their business and provided us with courteous, informed, and conscientious workers at our home. They simply did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it! I have come to find that in this day and age, that is unfortunately, a very rare occurrence.
In conclusion, if you would like to further discuss Mr. Wathey and Advanced Audio Design, please do not hesitate to call me at (813) 496-9634. They're not cheap, but if I did my project over again, I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else.

To whom it may concern:
In the process of building our new home, I requested information from our contractor, Hannah Bartoletta, on building an entertainment center. They recommended that I speak with Mike Perkowski regarding the pre-wire requirements during construction. Mike was very helpful via long-distance in helping us design and implement our needs.
After completion of our home Mike met with us several times to design and help us make a choice from all the components that were available. Without his expertise and willingness to explain the difference between the various products and what they could accomplish, we would not have been able to understand and make a decision.
The installation of our system was done very professionally. After it was installed, Mike took the time to make the final adjustments to the system which made it easier for both myself and my wife to use and understand the remote control and its capabilities. Without his input this would not have been as enjoyable.
In closing, we appreciate the professionalism of the office staff, the installers and everyone we dealt with. We are very satisfied with our system. We would highly recommend your services.

The 10 foot screen, Runco projector, IntelliControl, JBL Synthesis Three Media System, AC-3, DSS, VCR and several Televisions presented a huge installation challenge for you and your staff. In addition, the installation of the Acoustic Innovations designed sound treatments was no small undertaking. You made it all happen, within budget and on schedule.

Just a quick not to tell you how pleased Betsey and I have been with our association with Advanced Audio. We originally started planning our structured wiring and entertainment systems with the subcontractor who was putting in the central vacuum and security systems. We quickly found they were not up to the task and went looking for expert help Thankfully we found you and Advanced Audio. Even though our budget did not push you to your limits, you worked within it without trying to push us upwards and treated us as if we were the only project you had to work on. I well remember our first session together, which ran to four hours because we had to have all the component dimensions the following day for the cabinet makers. Somehow you managed to remain cheerful to the end.
The entertainment system is everything we had hoped for...and more. Using the universal remote with the functions of seven remotes programmed into it has been a challenge, but you are a patient teacher and easily available to answer questions as they arise. We are getting the hang of it pretty well and do not hesitate to use it exclusively.
Thanks to you and the installation team for your courtesy and professionalism throughout the homebuilding process. As you are well aware, this can be a stressful time for the homeowners and it was a blessing to know we could count on you and Advanced Audio even when other aspects of the project were not going as smoothly or as quickly as we would have liked. You were willing to go the extra mile...like personally delivering our TV set on Thanksgiving Eve with company due later that day. Wow!
